Responsibilities:

Support product management of one or more products depending on scale and complexityCoordinate the development, launch, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products in collaboration with business owners and cross-functional teamsTranslate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectivesManage the assigned product lifecycle, including MVP development, scaling, and continuous refinement through data-driven decision-making (technical, adoption and value metrics)Track product budget and resource allocation to maximize ROI and impact, while maintaining stakeholder engagement and prioritizing feature development. Collaborate with DDIT and external parties to ensure seamless product delivery and transition to the maintenance phaseKey Performance IndicatorsContribution to measurable process improvement and value realization against agreed product objectives.

Education

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Education

Desirable:

Master's degree in a relevant field.

Languages: Excellent English required (oral & written)Experience/Professional requirement:5+ years in life science sector and desirable previous experience in a product management role.

Demonstrated experience contributing to the development, launch and scaling of products from conception to market.

Strong stakeholder management, process design, and value realization capabilities.

Experience supporting product strategy, development, and continuous improvement.
