Hi there! One of the leading national architecture and events agencies with more than 25 years of experience connecting companies with their target audiences, both internally and externally. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Madrid team.

What are we looking for?

Senior Project Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in an events agency (essential requirement).

Responsibilities

- Preparation of budgets. Feasibility analysis and supervision of the project from its conceptual phase to the execution phase. Risk assessment, search for alternative solutions and management of necessary resources.
- Strategy development and planning, making the most of time and resources.
- Operations Management: Analysis, development and improvement of operations systems and processes.
- Creation of roadbooks and process manuals. Definition of policies and processes.
- Coordination of event logistics: space reservations, accommodation, transfers, catering, staff, audiovisuals, etc.
- Interlocution with the client throughout the event cycle to identify their needs and make adapted proposals.




- Management of legal matters (LOPD, NDA, contracts, collaboration agreements, permits, etc), in coordination with the legal team.
- Preparation of documentation for public and corporate tenders. Preparing proposals for clients together with the creative and design team.
- Review and management of presentations.
