You'll coordinate projects across countries and functions, keep stakeholders aligned, and help the team move from strategy to execution.What you'll doCoordinate regional commercial initiatives and launches, tracking milestones, actions and dependencies across affiliates and functionsWork with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance and Legal to keep projects aligned and on timeSupport the Regional Vaccines Director with governance meetings, presentations, status updates and follow-up on key decisionsMonitor launch execution and flag operational issues earlyCoordinate external partners such as distributors, agencies and consultants,
