Experteer Overview In this role you will partner with clients to design, implement and maintain SAP SuccessFactors-based HR solutions. You’ll work within cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into SAP specifications and deliver customized deployments. You’ll contribute to client relationships, drive project execution and collaborate with delivery centers globally. - Capture and translate client requirements into SAP specifications

- 4 - 6 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of Employee Central, Payroll and/or Recruiting Management
- Experience developing functional and systems specifications
- Excellent English and Spanish on a consulting level
- Strong communication skills and a proven team player
