Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive data-informed acquisition and activation efforts across Glovo’s regional markets. You’ll own high-impact campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continually optimize to hit growth and ROAS targets. The position blends hands-on campaign management with analytics to uncover opportunities and share best practices across the Performance Marketing team. You’ll work closely with design, BI, and Martech to elevate regional performance and scale impact.

• Lead end-to-end regional campaigns (Africa, EE, Balkans, or SWE) from concept to optimization
• Drive acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement via Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Apple Search Ads
• Collaborate with performance marketers, data engineers/scientists and channel teams to maximize impact
• Own performance targets and deliver on key metrics to drive growth
• Lead A/B tests and continuous optimization to maximize efficiency
• Share insights and best practices to elevate team performance
• Work cross-functionally with design, local marketing teams, BI, and Martech to craft winning strategies




• Manage large-scale campaigns and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• 3-5+ years in performance marketing
• Strong experience with Google App Campaigns (preferably UAC)
• Proven ability to scale campaigns and optimize acquisition funnels for ROAS
• Deep knowledge of digital measurement, attribution, and incrementality testing
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns across teams
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools: Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Ads Editor, Adjust, Branch, or Appsflyer
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can drive projects end-to-end
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
