As Senior Subsystem Integration Engineer for Machine Head, you will lead the development and integration of the Machine Head Sub-System from concept to operation. You will provide technical guidance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure design integrity, validation, and quality. You will drive continuous improvement in product development processes (RCA, SAFER) and support field and factory issues. This role shapes critical subsystem architecture and interfaces to deliver reliable, cost-effective performance in wind turbine systems.

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in Engineering/Technology u0026 Systems Engineering ( Masters level or equivalent)
• Wind Turbine Machine Head work experience or familiarity
• Experience with system design lifecycle and trade-off analysis
• Knowledge of subsystem architecture and interface management
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work in cross-functional and global environments
• Willingness to travel (~20%) and climb wind turbines
