Experteer Overview
As Global Lead Buyer in the Digital Domain, you drive strategic sourcing and optimize digital procurement across the globe. You partner with the Digital, Finance and Business Operations teams to deliver value, savings, and supplier excellence. You coach Integral Buyers, steer negotiations, and align category strategies with business needs and risk controls. You operate in a complex, multi-country matrix to simplify processes, improve BOI, and advance sustainability and CSR in procurement. This role offers impact through digital landscape optimization and cross-functional collaboration within a leading healthcare innovator.

• Build and execute a competitive sourcing pipeline aligned with spend, market intelligence, budget and long-range plans
• Define and implement category strategies in collaboration with category managers
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiations with focus on BOI improvement
• Develop supplier market expertise and explore new suppliers, technologies and substitution products
• Achieve savings targets and deliver a robust savings pipeline
• Coach Global Buyers on sourcing strategies, negotiation tactics and market knowledge
• Communicate ongoing sourcing activities within and outside the Domain and engage with other Procurement Domains
• Deliver robust Supplier Management with business reviews and performance management




• Ensure mastery of procurement technical excellence (TCO, SRM, Market Intelligence, Risk, CSR, HSE, compliance, quality)
• Collaborate with procurement services to leverage middle and back-office capabilities
• Engage stakeholders and build strong partnerships with key internal customers
• Present procurement strategies for review and input

Responsabilidades
• +5 years experience in Procurement or related field
• Strong ability to build relationships across lines of business and multicultural environments
• Technical knowledge of sub-categories/domain and negotiation mastery
• Strategic thinking and results orientation
• Good understanding of business operations and legal aspects (SLA, KPIs)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptable and resourceful
• Assertive, with high-level communication and presentation skills
• Team player with interpersonal sensitivity
• Influential and able to persuade vendors
• Experience in managing complex, undefined business situations
• Ability to navigate a complex multi-functional matrix organization across countries and cultures
