Santander Corporate Experience / comfort with one or all of the following: APIs, Blockchain / Digital Assets, Artificial intelligence, and platform-based products,



Treasury Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, Kyriba) – is a strong preference.
Experience with ISO***** standard formats SWIFT and broadly regulation related to payments, etc.
– also nice to have.
Product Execution / Delivery: Ability to execute end 2 end new product delivery – including but not limited to; ideation, business case, integral strategy, funding request, book of work management (coordination, oversight with COO), new product approval (compliance and legal approach) oversight of execution and implementation, go to market strategy – with Origination teams, (GAO, RAO, LAO), B aggregating information / data to global level, and using it to drive decisions regarding product evolution, modification and capex requests.
