Mission & Responsibilities

Support in building and monitoring P&L;:

- Assist in reviewing and monitoring Regional budgets
- Support preparation of Financial Forecasts and Monthly closings
- Analyze and report issues and variances from forecast and budget
- Flag potential risks to senior team members
- Leverage AI-powered analytics tools to identify trends and anomalies in financial data
- Assist in building automated dashboards for real-time financial monitoring

Review Of Financial Operations

- Support review of accounting operations
- Assist in controlling Billing, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Help ensure quality of financial transactions and financial reporting
- Prepare financial reports (audit and financial analysis reports, profit and loss statements, balance sheets)
- Support review of local audit results and coordination of financial statement approval process




- Ensure compliance of accounting and reporting policies
- Utilize AI tools to streamline data reconciliation and error detection
- Contribute to process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications & Languages

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Languages: English (Advanced)

Technical Skills

- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel advanced)
- Financial analysis tools
- AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)
- Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)

Previous Experience & Industry Background

- 3+ years of experience in finance
- Media agency, Digital industry, Tech company, Data company, Consulting
