Job Description:People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a Business Development Manager – EU to join their team remotely, based in Europe.The Business Development Manager (EU market) acquires and manages IBs, affiliates and traders, driving growth and expanding the company's FX/CFD presence in the EU. The role builds strong partner relationships, promotes trading products and executes market-specific sales strategies to boost deposits and activity, and requires solid industry knowledge, strong sales ability and proven relationship-building skills within the trading/brokerage space.Critical RequirementsFX/CFD expertise with a strong understanding of the EU trading market and its regulatory environmentProven ability to manage IBs, affiliates and key clients with a solid, verifiable portfolio (e.G. €100K+ monthly net deposits) from a reputable brokerageNative-level English;
