About Us

At LMI College, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Business & Economics Teacher who wants to contribute to an innovative educational project.

We welcome students aged 14–18 into a supportive learning environment where they can develop their knowledge, confidence, and independent learning skills.

Our aim is to take education to another level by encouraging students to think critically, apply their knowledge, and prepare for their future.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and develop teaching materials.
- Plan and deliver engaging Business and Economics lessons.
- Connect theoretical concepts with real-world business and economic situations.
- Collaborate with other teachers and attend weekly team meetings.
- Monitor students' progress and maintain individual student portfolios.
- Review and improve educational materials.
- Communicate with parents about students' academic progress.

Requirements

- Native-level English or equivalent fluency.
- A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- A PGCE or a Master's Degree in Teacher Training (Máster de Formación del Profesorado), or currently undertaking or planning to undertake the qualification, subject to applicable requirements.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching.

Working Conditions

- Working days: Monday to Friday.
- Teaching hours: 20 + 4hours versátil per week.
- Salary: 20.961 anual (part time)
- Location: Madrid, Spain.
- Work arrangement: On-site.
