The chosen candidate will be responsible of the following tasks:

Work with General Master Data base maintenance processes (customers, suppliers, employees, and others) with a deep focus on automation, timely service delivery, data integrity and global consistency.

Corporate Credit Card program - Administration and support for employees globally (credit limits, new/terminated employees …).

Lead Travel & Entertainment program globally (CONCUR): configuration maintenance, enhancements and process improvements, administration and support, statutory rules maintenance.

Ensure compliance with Statutory Tax rules globally (1099, 1042, VAT and others)

Active participation in initiatives/projects relating the implementation of ways to minimize manual processes for improving efficiencies and effectiveness

Dynamic training materials maintenance globally

Consistent collaboration with external & internal auditors and internal customers/stakeholders.

Participate in ad-hoc projects globally as required (ex. new entities migrations, ERPs implementation…).

Guaranteeing all transactions under scope are performed under a strong internal controls' framework.





SOX/SOD knowledge required for full compliance in all processes under scope.

A successful Global Master Data professional should have:
Strong administrative background with experience managing documentation and data entry.

High proficiency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international teams.

Solid command of Excel and other office productivity tools; ability to handle large datasets with accuracy.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Strong attention to detail and a structured, organized working style.
