We’re working with an international fashion brand, present across multiple markets, to find its Head of Communications. The role is based on-site in Galicia (Spain).

Reporting to the Image Director, you’ll shape how the brand communicates worldwide, both within the organisation and with its markets, and make sure every message reflects its identity and priorities.

The role

You’ll lead a broad, multidisciplinary department. Its work ranges from internal and market communication, press and social media to cultural initiatives and brand collaborations, as well as the production of projects and content. Your job is to give all of it a shared direction and make sure the pieces work together.

In practice, this means:

- Setting the department’s strategy and priorities, and translating them into a clear communication plan.

- Overseeing how projects are planned and delivered, so messaging stays consistent across channels and markets.

- Working with the wider business so communication supports the company’s strategic direction.

- Owning the department’s budget and the relationships with agencies, suppliers and external partners.





- Following results closely and reallocating focus and resources where needed.

You’ll work across product design, marketing, content, expansion and market teams, and represent the brand with media, institutions and external collaborators.

Your success will show in the brand’s visibility and reputation, the quality of its media presence and campaigns, and the consistency of its voice across channels. It will also depend on delivering the plan on time and within budget.

What you’ll bring

- Solid communication experience within fashion, ideally with brands operating across several international markets.

- An active connection with what’s happening culturally and creatively across disciplines and markets, and the judgement to turn it into relevant, timely proposals and content for the brand.

- Experience leading teams and managing projects, with the strategic perspective and decision-making a department of this breadth requires.

- The ability to build strong working relationships, both internally and with external partners.

- Fluent English.
