That's why we offer a Scholarship Program to recent university graduates who want to be part of a collaborative learning model aimed at acquiring professional skills. For this scholarship, we are looking for individuals with an Engineering or similar qualification , who do not have pending curricular internships and who are, at most, only missing their TFG (final degree project) , to join through a scholarship in the Network Development MT-BT North Planning department in Barcelona. What does the Unit do?Network Development - MT-BT North Planning. Studies of the MT-BT electrical grid in the Northern zone (Aragon, Catalonia, and the Balearic Islands) are carried out, detecting possible points of improvement and optimizing network solutions. Access capacity to the electrical grid for new supplies, producers, and storage is studied, indicating available capacity and necessary network reinforcements. Preparation of the company's needs plan and maximization of the technical benefit of investments.



What will you collaborate on?Collaborate in conducting network studies. Optimization of study processes. Automation of processes for the tasks described in the Department Presentation section. What training and knowledge will be considered?

- Degree in Industrial, Electrical Engineering or similar
- English C1

Additional knowledge/skills:
- Knowledge in electricity and electrical grids.

What do we offer?Internship at ENDESA, SWING Program:

- Study aid of €900.00 gross per month.
- Schedule: Hybrid - 35 hours per week
- Workplace in Spain: Avda. Vilanova 12. Barcelona

Endesa scholarships have a duration of 9 months . They consist of two parts: Practical Training in the Company and Academic Training. The Practical Training in the Company will have a Monday to Friday schedule, a rest period of 17 working days per year, and a study aid of €900 gross per month. Simultaneously, Academic Training is carried out: Master in Organizational Management, Key Competencies, and Data Analytics, from Camilo José Cela University (120 ECTS) , in online format, whose main objective is learning and improving the competency profile.
