Lead and coordinate the productive process of the Industrial Unit, optimizing and managing resources and procedures, in accordance with industrial policies and Management guidelines, to ensure that the customer has the products within the required deadlines, quality, and costs.

- *Control the application and execution of SSL regulations and programs, as well as integrate the "preventive culture" in their scope of action, and ensure compliance with 5S with the aim of ensuring an optimal level of safety for employees.
- Participate in the development of the Master Production Schedule, managing loads and balancing resources according to customer requirements.
- Guarantee the production of the center with the available resources, means, and capacities so that products are manufactured within the planned deadlines, with adequate quality and costs to satisfy customer demand.
- Define and ensure the training axes of production personnel according to the required competencies and functions to be performed.
- Manage your team according to the principles and rules of the SPS and the Plant's SIM cycles.
- Integrate the productive process with the rest of the Departments in order to guarantee the consistency of processes, the creation of synergies, and continuous improvement.
- Lead change management and implementation and social impact.
- Be responsible for the management of your teams, including performance, objectives, development, recognition, commitment, and well-being.
- Ensure cooperation and collaboration to achieve better collective performance.
- Provide industrial knowledge and expertise in the necessary projects.

- 5-7 Manufacturing Supervisors and between 350 and 480 operators.
- Change management and methodology implementation, Digital Acumen.

Manufacturing management, Operations, Quality, Diagnosis and Continuous Improvement, SSL, Maintenance, and Production Quality.

- *Required training: Technical Engineering or Degree (preferably Industrial) or equivalent experience in an industrial environment of 3 years.
- Advanced knowledge in Industrial Organization and/or Lean Manufacturing.
- English B2. 3-4 years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Basic training in SSL, SGSSTL, EE, and OHSAS 18001.
