Mission

As a key member of the International Corporate Finance team, you will carry out the financial compliance and the financial analysis of the International Affiliates assigned in line with the policies and guidelines established by the Group. Your main function will be to contribute to the financial coordination of the International Affiliates (financing, accounting, treasury, external audit).

Responsibilities

- Financial compliance and financial analysis of the International Affiliates assigned and prepare financial reports required.
- Review of the Financial Reporting Packages. Supervising and reviewing the monthly closing to check that the information reported by the Affiliates is in line with the Group's financial policies and regulations; Balance Sheet Stability and proposing corrective measures to the Affiliates if necessary.
- Analysis of the business financing plan (cashflow & forecast), in coordination with corporate treasury and the business areas, to cover the treasury needs of the Affiliates and contribute to the optimization of regional working capital, cash flow and the financing of the whole Group.
- Collaboration and review in the preparation of the Annual Accounts of international Affiliates assigned, ensuring the compliance with commercial and legal obligations.
- Collaboration with the external auditors at a integral level in the management of financial audits with a local approach and NIA 600.
- Coordination with the different departments and process Onwers of the company for financial decision-making - including legal, commercial operations, treasury, tax, internal audit, tax, treasury, internal audit, DAII, among others.




- Review and follow-up of the recommendations made by internal audit in the financial area of international affiliates, verifying that the recommended corrective and/or predictive measures are being applied.
- Validation of the reliability of the financial information in the migrations of the systems and applications used by subsidiaries.
- Involvement in international projects with a transversal approach to provide the financial insight.

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed

- You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar with Master's degree in finance or similar.
- +5 years of experience in financial controlling and reporting functions within complex multinational environment.
- Previous experience in Financial Audit/Consulting is valued.
- Knowledge of SAP (FI CO) and office automation (Excel, Power Point, among others).
