We are currently looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Danish-speaking) - On-site position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and automated systems within the Customer Support Services department.
- Document all interactions accurately within internal management systems to ensure swift resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and applications to provide expert assistance to customers.
- Ensure all service-level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently to uphold high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members by providing cover for colleagues when necessary to maintain seamless operations.
- Handle internal administrative duties, including scheduling and reporting, to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist supervisors and mentors with ad-hoc projects designed to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

- Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport is required for all candidates seeking jobs in Spain.
