Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and source top-tier sales talent to meet the evolving needs of our international clients.
- Execute targeted outreach strategies to prospective candidates through our advanced CRM systems.
- Manage candidate profiles and data integrity within various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruitment flow.
- Drive the sales recruitment process by facilitating follow-ups and maintaining consistent engagement with potential hires.
- Coordinate directly with sales hiring managers to align candidate quality with specific organizational goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of the sales job market to provide market intelligence and competitive benchmarking.
- Maintain a high volume of quality interactions to ensure successful placement of sales professionals across various international markets.

Requirements

- Native or fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Currently residing in or willing to work on-site in Barcelona for one of the most exciting English-speaking jobs in Spain.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career within the fast-paced sales recruitment industry.




- Ability to maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills, essential for identifying and engaging top talent within the sales sector.
- Academic or professional background related to Human Resources, Business, or Sales is considered a plus.
