We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the Fashion Support Consultant (German-speaking) - On-site KL01 position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is strictly required for this role.
- Advanced English language proficiency to effectively operate within our international team.
- Proven customer care skills with the ability to listen, understand,



and empathize with user needs.
- Strong disposition toward working in a fast-paced customer support services environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive interactions to a successful resolution.
- Working knowledge of IT platforms, Windows/MS Office, and general internet configurations is considered a significant advantage.
