Job Overview

We are currently sourcing a dedicated professional for the German Speaking IT Support Specialist | Málaga position in Spain. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced Customer Support Services environment, providing technical expertise to the retail industry while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle of coastal Spain.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert remote IT support to retail stores located across the European market.
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving hardware, software, business applications, and technical incidents.
- Maintain and support retail store systems and Point of Sale (POS) environments within the Customer Support Services framework.
- Manage and resolve service requests and incidents in strict adherence to ITIL guidelines.
- Document all technical solutions thoroughly to ensure accurate ticket handling and knowledge base growth.
- Guide end-users toward efficient self-service solutions to minimize downtime.
- Act as a primary technical advocate, ensuring that user needs are met with high-quality service standards.
- Contribute proactive ideas to continuously improve the global IT Service Desk efficiency.

Requirements

- Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport or a valid NIE and work permit for Spain.




- Must be locally based in Málaga or willing to reside in the region.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume Customer Support Services environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for IT and technology.
