David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading airline that is seeking to onboard Galician-speaking Customer Support Advisors to assist passengers across its regional markets in Spain.

In this role, you support customers with travel-related enquiries, provide clear information about airline services and policies, and help resolve issues throughout their travel journey. The ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and the ability to remain calm and professional when assisting passengers with challenging situations

Position: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Model: 100% On-site

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist passengers with flight reservations, booking amendments and cancellations

Provide information about baggage allowances, delayed luggage and missing baggage

Support customers with online check-in, boarding enquiries and travel documentation

Assist passengers affected by flight disruptions and respond to refund requests

Handle customer complaints and resolve travel-related issues in a professional manner

Explain airline policies, procedures and available options clearly





Deliver a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluency in Galician + English B2

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Ability to understand customer concerns and provide clear, helpful solutions

Calm and professional approach when dealing with stressed or dissatisfied passengers

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

39-hour working week, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 20:00, with rotating shifts
