Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated professional for the Customer Representative (Dutch-speaking) - Hybrid LP02 position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat, ensuring professional and efficient resolution.
- Maintain accurate logs of all interactions within our Customer Support Services management systems.
- Provide expert-level support while strictly adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Continually develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and service processes to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex service issues to the appropriate internal teams to ensure timely solutions.
- Assist and guide customers through complex processes with patience and clarity.
- Monitor and provide reports on key customer service performance metrics.
- Stay updated on the latest policy changes and service modifications to maintain high quality in all customer contacts.

Requirements

- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
- Professional proficiency in English for inter-office communication.
