* Identify and eliminate system bottlenecks to improve product speed and reliability
* Collaborate with R&D; and infrastructure teams, share expertise, and influence key technical decisions
* Conduct code reviews, introduce best practices, and help build a strong engineering culture
* Design system architecture, develop and improve core components, and maintain the existing codebase Требования
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent
* 4+ Years of experience with C++
* Experience optimizing performance or reducing latency
* Experience developing multi-threaded and networked applications
* Excellent knowledge of STL




* Good understanding of algorithms and data structures
* Knowledge of Linux/UNIX
* Experience optimizing calculations at the machine code level
