Hybrid Full time Because local presence is highly valued by our customers, we are looking for someone based in or near Bilbao who enjoys regular face-to-face customer interaction. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to deliver effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Analyze customer performance, operational trends, and account data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making. Travel approximate 30% of the time to customer locations to build relationships, support business objectives, and maintain a strong local presence. Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Sales, or a customer-facing role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry. Strong customer relationship management and communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English. Knowledge of Basque (Euskera). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot. Experience analyzing customer and business performance data.
