About the Role
Our client seeks a Gerente de Proyectos Técnicos Remoto with deep knowledge in software development and system implementation. You will be responsible for leading engineering teams in delivering innovative technological products and solutions, managing the entire project life cycle in a fully remote environment. Demonstrated experience as a Gerente de Proyectos Técnicos, with at least 5 years in management roles. Strong technical background in software development, system architectures, or related fields. Solid experience managing projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent leadership, communication skills and ability to motivate remote teams.
