Ovianta, a Barcelona-based startup, is expanding its Customer Success team. You will own onboarding end-to-end, guide clinics through implementation, and ensure they understand how our AI agents streamline daily operations.
You will build long-term relationships with medical clinics, manage groups, drive product adoption, and identify expansion opportunities while collaborating with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into improvements.
