Professional with extensive experience in the direction and management of SAP projects in healthcare environments, leading digital transformation initiatives, implementation, evolution and support of corporate solutions for hospitals and health organizations. Specialized in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholders and aligning technological objectives with healthcare and business needs. Project Management: Comprehensive management of SAP projects Planning, monitoring and control of scope, costs, risks and deadlines. Supplier management and coordination of functional, technical and business teams. Definition and execution of testing, migration and production strategies. Change management, user adoption and communication with high-level stakeholders. Preparation of monitoring reports and executive reporting. SAP

experience:
Extensive knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and of implementation and evolution projects on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. Experience in managing SAP solutions aimed at the healthcare sector. Functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO, MM, SD modules and their integrations. Project management related to SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM. Coordination of integrations between SAP and third-party corporate systems. Healthcare Specialization: In-depth knowledge of hospital and care processes. Experience in managing patients, admissions, discharges, care episodes and clinical circuits. Management of hospital billing and healthcare funding projects. Coordination of interoperability initiatives between clinical and administrative systems. Knowledge of data protection regulations and requirements in the healthcare field.



SAP IS-H (Highly Recommended): Experience in SAP IS-H implementation, evolution and support projects. Knowledge of admission processes, patient movement, episode management and healthcare billing. Coordination of integrations between SAP IS-H and clinical, financial and administrative systems. Participation in modernization and digital transformation projects for hospitals and health services. Requirements Integration and Interoperability: HL7 and HL7 FHIR. Integration with HIS, LIS, RIS and PACS systems. Interface management and integration architectures. REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Personal Competencies: Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
