¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

Mission of the position You will join the CEO Office & Strategy department,



the area responsible for supporting the CEO in decision-making and driving some of the company's main corporate priorities. You will work closely with the CEO Office team, supporting the preparation of analyses and initiatives for senior management, monitoring EMEA objectives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and preparing materials for governing bodies. The position offers a privileged and transversal view of the hotel business, allowing you to thoroughly understand the functioning of the different areas of the company and participate in projects with a direct impact on business evolution. Functions

- Support the CEO Office in the analysis and monitoring of priority corporate initiatives.
- Collaborate in the definition, consolidation, and monitoring of annual EMEA objectives.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and executive presentations for senior management.
- Participate in the preparation of materials for the Management Committee, Board of Directors, and other governing bodies.
- Conduct business, market, and competitor analyses to support decision-making.
- Contribute to the monitoring of corporate and cross-functional projects, coordinating information with different areas of the organization.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of management meetings and forums.




- Collaborate in the consolidation and analysis of financial and operational business information.
- Participate in special initiatives directly driven by the CEO Office.

What are we looking for?

Requirements and capabilities

- Degree in Business Administration or Economics (other desirable qualifications: Engineering)
- Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level). Desirable: French (minimum B2).
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business analysis, corporate development, or related functions.
- Critical and strategic vision.
- High analytical capacity, information structuring, and problem-solving orientation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation competencies.
- Organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
- Organizational skills, relational skills, extensive work capacity, initiative, and proactivity.
- Goal-oriented.
- Commitment to reside in Mallorca.
