At Manpower Talent Solutions, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition to join our RPO team, supporting a leading multinational company within the industrial sector. As part of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service, you will act as a trusted recruitment partner, managing end-to-end hiring processes and collaborating closely with hiring managers across different business areas. This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly international environment, partnering with stakeholders and candidates across Europe while contributing to the attraction and hiring of top talent. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meeting to offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
- Source, assess and engage qualified candidates through a variety of channels.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
- Provide market insights and recruitment expertise to hiring managers.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




- Build and develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders and recruitment teams across the business.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, consultative and customer-focused approach.
- Experience working within international or multicultural organizations is highly valued.
