ABOUT THE JOB As a Project Manager you will lead the onboarding of end-users for the OFS platform, ensuring accounting controls are implemented and certified across the EMEA region. The main objective of TRUST (TRaining, USer´s onboarding & Tom) team is to support the onboarding of end-users within OFS (BNPP Ledger) roll out programs concerning Accounting Controls Implementation and Certification. In addition to the Roll-Outs of OFS in all BNPP Group Divisions (CIB, CPBS, IPS), we lead Accounting Control´s Reinforcement programs as well as we contribute to the Standarization of Accounting Control tools and Processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define the OFS structure (SDB) for each entity after a COM/TOM analysis.
- Set up and maintain OFS jurisdiction and tool access consistency.
- Coordinate with FIP,



Migration and Orchestra teams to deploy accounting‑control tools.
- Design and deliver OFS trainings, mainly for non‑Finance audiences.
- Support FIP teams on evolutions or new interfaces related to OFS setup and jurisdiction.

PROFILE & SKILLS

Studies:

- University degree in Business Administration or Accounting

Experience:

- 3-5 years

Languages:

- English C1 & French is a plus
