Job Description We are looking for a professional Project Manager with solid experience in managing technological projects in the Andalusian public sector. He will join our Operations team, where he will provide support, both in the delivery and monitoring of services, and in the preparation of value propositions adapted to the requirements of each project. Although we will give priority to applications from Seville, we will also evaluate applications from other areas of Andalusia, especially Granada. Responsibilities

- Management of technological projects in the Public Sector, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, monitoring of milestones, planning, cost control and customer relations.
- Supervision and support in the execution of ongoing services, ensuring compliance with established service level agreements (ANS) and quality standards.
- Active participation in the preparation of technical and economic proposals and offers, in collaboration with sales and technical areas.
- Drafting and structuring of documentation for tenders and public tenders, including technical reports, schedules, work teams and compliance annexes.
- Analysis of specifications and public procurement requirements, identifying risks, opportunities and key constraints.
- Interlocution with public clients, both in the execution phase and in pre-sales, facilitating the technical and functional understanding of the proposed solutions.

Qualifications Essential requirements
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, ADE, Economics... or equivalent




- Minimum experience of 5 years managing ICT projects
- Experience in the public sector, ideally Andalusian
- Familiarity with pre-sales processes

Valuable requirements
- Certifications in management and/or methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Scrum Master...
- Management of tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence...
- Leadership, planning and executive reporting skills.
