We are looking for a Commercial Transformation Manager to join our team. The Commercial Transformation Manager will lead strategic projects across the Go-To-Market organization. The role will turn strategic objectives into executable plans, align senior stakeholders around decisions and outcomes coordinate internal and external partners, and ensure that initiatives are delivered, adopted and transitioned into the permanent operating model. Lead commercial transformation projects from mobilisation through implementation and handover Coordinate stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Technology, Finance, Enablement, and external partners Track delivery against scope, timing, budget, quality and business outcomes, escalating issues early Capture lessons learned and strengthen the repeatable playbook for acquisitions and special projects 5-12 years of experience in transformation, programme management, consulting, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations or post-merger integration Demonstrated experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes Strong project and programme management discipline and executive reporting Experience influencing senior stakeholders without relying on direct authority Strong understanding of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and GTM operating models Experience in a global B2B, technology,
