About the role
As a ROC Technical Lead, you support the safe and efficient operation of advanced offshore wind assets from a remote operations center. You play a key role across both commissioning and service phases, helping ensure turbines perform reliably throughout their lifecycle.
What you'll do
**In this role, you will:
+ Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions + Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting + Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance + Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information + Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems + Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities + Support reporting and communication of technical findings + Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation + Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance + Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call support during weekends and public holidays
