The role also includes back‐office responsibilities such as managing internal orders, vendor claims, budgets, and event documentation.## Support planning and execution of vendor and corporate events.
* Handle back‐office tasks: internal orders, vendor claims, budgets, documentation.
* Assist with internal and external corporate communications.
* Provide on‐site support during events when required.
* Maintain event calendars and follow up on deliverables.## Knowledge Skills and

Experience:
* Experience or strong foundation in event planning.
* Experience in large size event planning.
* Good Excel skills and ability to manage administrative processes.
* English required.
