An opportunity for an ERP Business Project Manager ( has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Air Power ERP Business Project Manager (m/f/d) for a temporary assignment to drive the implementation and optimization of ERP systems in the Business Unit Air Power. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage ERP projects in the Air Power division from a business perspective encompasing from conception through implementation, including schedule, budget, and resource planning. Digital, Engineering, Production, Procurement) to capture business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure the analysis of existing business processes and identify optimization opportunities through the use of ERP systems. Conduct risk analyses and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress, report to management, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Ensure planning and delivery of end-user training. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Bachelor degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification. Proven experience in project management
- best of ERP implementations or optimizations, ideally in the aerospace or defense sector. In-depth knowledge of common ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and their modules. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English (business fluent / negotiation-level). Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
