Roles and Responsibilities

Configuration and implementation of the application used by City Councils and other public bodies (universities, autonomous bodies AGE and CCAA) for economic management:

- Accounting.
- Internal oversight.
- Cost control.
- Preparation and monitoring of annual budgets.
- Inventory of assets.
- Provider portal.
- FACE.

Requirements

Essentials:

- At least 3 years of experience in Public Administration in general and in electronic administration in particular.
- Ability to work as a team
- Customer orientation
- Willingness to travel

Desirable:

- SQL knowledge
- University degree (degree) or higher vocational training

- Support preparation and monitoring of annual budgets
- Maintain inventory of assets
- Configure and manage provider portal
- Implement and manage FACE (Electronic Invoice Processing Point)

Your Profile

We are looking for a qualified professional with strong experience in Public Administration and electronic administration, along with excellent teamwork and customer service skills, and willingness to travel.
