Your Task The Expert Customer Billing & Invoice Operations Specialist is responsible for the correct, rule-compliant and efficient execution of financial, commercial and billing processes within the cloud business. As a central interface between customers and internal areas such as Sales, Finance, Operations, Delivery, Partner Management and Customer Management , the position supports the entire order-to-cash (O2C) lifecycle , ensures the quality and consistency of invoices, supports commercial tendering and offer processes and ensures compliance with standardized business processes. The position combines sound financial knowledge with comprehensive know-how in cloud business, operational governance and distinctive stakeholder management expertise. In addition, the role acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TSI governance frameworks, financial steering, delivery models, and commercial processes. Responsibilities Order-to-Cash (O2C) — Financial & Billing Management

- Management and coordination of order-to-cash activities for cloud products and services
- Ensuring correct and timely invoicing in accordance with contractual agreements and business policies
- Support and coordination of turnover-related processes in close cooperation with Finance, Sales, Service Delivery and Partner Management
- Identification and clarification of billing-related errors, deviations and process gaps
- Ensuring that order-to-cash processes are aligned with TSI governance, financial steering and operational standards

Financial Management & Billing (FMB)



— Invoice Handling

- Processing and managing invoices within the Financial Management & Billing (FMB) environment
- Ensuring that invoices are prepared, reviewed and submitted correctly, completely and on time
- Coordination of invoice corrections and technical clarifications with relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring transparency and traceability of billing transactions
- Assistance with financial reporting and commercial transparency requirements

Invoice Consistency & Quality Assurance

- Carrying out detailed checks to ensure the quality and consistency of invoices
- Checking the consistency between contracts, orders, consumption data, WBS structures and billing results
- Identification of discrepancies and initiation and follow-up of appropriate corrective measures before invoicing
- Helping you comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and governance standards
- Ensuring high billing quality across the entire revenue lifecycle

Onboarding Support

- Support in onboarding new customers, partners and internal stakeholders in billing and operational processes
- Advice and support on billing processes, standards, governance requirements and system usage




- Implementation and coordination of knowledge transfers and ensuring operational readiness
- Helping stakeholders understand financial and operational process dependencies

Commercial Bid Consulting

- Supporting sales and bid teams with commercial and financial know-how during the preparation of offers
- Advice on pricing structures, billing models, partner-related commercial issues and operational feasibility
- Review of commercial assumptions with regard to their compliance with standard processes and existing billing capacities
- Participation in the preparation of customer offers and contracts
- Advice on the requirements of AGP, Delivery Model Compliance, PSP Setup, TSI Offering Elements and Financial Steering Logic
- Assistance with financial and commercial valuations throughout the bid and approval life cycle

Governance, Financial Steering & Process Excellence

- Performing the role of process owner and advocate of standardized operational and financial processes
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for TSI Governance, Financial Steering, and Commercial Process Frameworks
- Ensuring compliance with established governance frameworks, guidelines, and best practices
- Initiating and implementing continuous process improvements
- Promoting process harmonization across international business units and stakeholders
- Support for audit readiness, operational excellence and quality management
- Ensuring commercial and operational alignment with the TSI Offering Elements and the TSI Delivery Model
