Localization Lead, UAE & Saudi Arabia

What you'll do




Develop senior relationships with UAE and Saudi government, defense, and industry stakeholders. Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with local industry, academia, and sovereign entities. Create revenue-generating localization and industrial participation programmes aligned with Teledyne technologies. Integrate localization strategies into captures, bids, and major procurement opportunities. Structure commercial models, governance frameworks, and funding approaches for complex initiatives.
