Job Description

We are looking for Flemish-speaking professionals with Dutch and English language skills who are interested in customer service and support opportunities within international companies. Depending on the specific position, your responsibilities may include:

- Providing professional customer service and assistance in Flemish, Dutch, and English.
- Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Providing information about products and services.
- Resolving customer questions, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Following established procedures, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
- Providing basic technical or product-related support when required.
- Recording and updating customer information accurately in internal systems.




- Collaborating with other teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requisitos

Mandatory Languages

- Flemish: Native or C2 level MANDATORY and highly important.
- Dutch: Fluent / professional level MANDATORY.
- English: Fluent professional level MANDATORY.

Other Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, contact center, technical support, or a similar environment is valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to follow procedures and quality standards.
- Comfortable working with computer systems and MS Office.
- Ability to manage different types of customer interactions and stressful situations.
- Team-oriented, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Must currently live in Barcelona.
