Indirect Sourcing Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an Indirect Sourcing Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing goods and services not directly related to production. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect categories.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal value.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance through regular evaluations and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure sourcing aligns with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities, savings,



and supplier performance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in indirect sourcing or procurement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in contract management and supplier relationship management.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Experience with e-procurement systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
