Job Purpose

As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will partner closely with the Contract Manufacturing Commercial team, combining financial expertise with market insight to maximize EBITA and cash generation. You will lead the quarterly open book pricing process, support strategic commercial decisions, and provide financial leadership to improve profitability, pricing effectiveness and business performance.

Your responsibilities will be

- Own and lead the quarterly open book pricing process with Contract Manufacturing customers.
- Support customer negotiations through financial analysis and pricing recommendations.
- Prepare business cases for new business opportunities and capital investments.
- Analyze customer profitability and identify opportunities to improve margins and commercial performance.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Costing teams to deliver commercially sound and cost-effective solutions.
- Own commercial inputs to forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning processes.




- Drive service monetization initiatives and support revenue growth opportunities.
- Develop financial models, insights, and reporting to support decision-making.
- Maintain strong financial controls, governance, and compliance standards.

Skills and education we are looking for

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong commercial finance or business partnering experience.
- Advanced understanding of P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow management.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and SAP experience are advantages.
- Fluent English.
