Job Description A manager is needed, both at the project level and collaborating in the global management of the data department, with proven experience in the field of data&analytics.; Responsibilities

- Manage complex projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget and quality.
- Participate in the leadership and coordination of the Data area, ensuring compliance with strategic and operational objectives.
- Define and execute the technological strategy of the area in collaboration with management.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary Data Engineering, Architecture, BI and Analytics teams.
- Manage the relationship with strategic customers, acting as the main interlocutor in high-impact initiatives.
- Oversee the economic planning of the area, including budgeting, profitability, forecasting and cost control.
- Promote the adoption of new technologies and cloud services related to data and AI.
- Participate in pre-sales processes, preparation of proposals and business development.
- Establish standards, methodologies and good practices for managing projects and teams.

Requirements Requirements

- More than 10 years of experience in projects related to Data and Business Intelligence.
- Demonstrable experience leading data areas or departments.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and programs at the same time.
- Experience in economic management of projects and cost centers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams.




- Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Ability to communicate with clients, management and high-level stakeholders.
- Knowledge of modern data architectures: Data Warehouse, Data Lake and Lakehouse.
- Strong knowledge of the main hyperscalers: Azure, AWS and GCP.
