We are looking for a Security Site Manager within Thales CDI located in Madrid.

Education:

- A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: Experience or certifications aligned with a CISO profile (CISSP, CISA, CISM)
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is essential.

Technical experience:

- Proven ability to develop and deploy Crisis Management Plans in international organizations.
- In-depth understanding of Security Management principles and BCP (Business Continuity Planning) standards.
- A strong grasp of local, national, and international security regulations , including:
- ISO 27001 implementation.
- ENS (Esquema Nacional de Seguridad) frameworks.
- Experience conducting audits to ensure adherence to security policies and standards.
- Solid knowledge of IT Security concepts, including:
- Cybersecurity principles (firewalls, encryption, intrusion prevention).
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, etc.).
- Threat analysis and remediation processes.
- Familiarity with physical security measures and integration with IT security.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security frameworks
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles and their application to secure software development.
- Experience in developing and maintaining security awareness programs for employees.
