Experteer Overview In this IT Delivery Lead role, you will steer finance-focused technology projects, aligning data, integration, and analytics initiatives with business goals. You’ll lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget, shaping finance solutions across accounting, planning, treasury, and ESG reporting. You will translate finance requirements into delivery plans and drive continuous improvement within Agile ways of working. • Oversee delivery of technology projects: timelines, budgets, resources, stakeholder satisfaction
• Lead data, integration, and analytics initiatives with a focus on Finance applications
• Manage data engineers, data analysts, and IT professionals; align with business stakeholders
• Translate Finance requirements into IT delivery plans and provide technical guidance to Product Team
• Maintain technical documentation in Azure DevOps and support troubleshooting throughout implementation
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, mentor teams, and drive process improvements and APB/I ways of working
• Develop project plans, manage risks, budgets, and vendor contracts with invoices and POs




• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and report progress to stakeholders Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Agile certifications (CSM or PSM) preferred
• Oracle SQL experience; Github and REST APIs
• Extensive project management experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience delivering Finance process solutions (Accounting, Controlling, Planning, Treasury, Tax, ESG Reporting, or Credit Management)
• Experience with data integration, migration, modeling; data governance and data security
• Ability to lead Agile teams and facilitate ceremonies; strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data warehouses, ETL processes, and data visualization tools
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices
