Experteer Overview In this role you will support day-to-day accounting for WTW entities in Spain, ensuring accurate records and GAAP compliance. You will blend traditional accounting with data analytics, reporting, automation, and AI tools to boost efficiency and decision-making. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver timely financial insights and contribute to process improvements in a multinational environment. • Perform journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial statements and schedules per local and US GAAP
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and records
• Assist internal/external audits with documentation and responses
• Balance sheet reconciliations and item resolution
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments on reporting and initiatives
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc management reports
• Develop and maintain automated reports using Excel and Power Query
• Assist with Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and improvements
• Explore AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years in accounting, finance, or financial analysis, preferably multinational
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• Advanced MS-Excel, Power BI, PowerQuery, and database usage (mandatory)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Proficiency with Oracle accounting software preferred
• Demonstrated interest in technology, data analytics and process improvement
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
