Experteer Overview In this role you ensure Leica Biosystems maintains a complete European portfolio by identifying external solutions when internal products don’t fully meet customer needs. You manage the full lifecycle of third-party suppliers, ensuring regulatory compliance, price competitiveness, and robust documentation. You act as the key liaison between Sales, Tender/Bid teams, and internal functions to translate customer needs into sourcing strategies. You maintain a centralized supplier catalogue and support continuous improvement and category management across EMEA. This is an on-site role based in Italy. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify third-party solutions to complete the European portfolio
• Manage end-to-end supplier lifecycle: identification, qualification, onboarding, contracting, performance monitoring
• Ensure third-party products are certified, compliant, and well-documented
• Interface with Sales, Tender/Bid, Application Specialists and internal functions to translate needs into sourcing strategies
• Maintain centralized third-party product and supplier catalogue with traceability of contracts,



certifications, pricing, master data and documents
• Support continuous improvement, market analysis and category management to reduce risk and optimize costs across EMEA Responsabilidades
• Professional procurement certification (MCIPS or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of strategic sourcing or procurement in regulated industries (medical devices, IVD, diagnostics, life sciences)
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks for supplier contracting in medical/IVD
• Proven supplier negotiation, contract management and stakeholder management
• Experience in supplier qualification and onboarding per corporate standards (Danaher DBS or equivalent QMS)
• Willingness to travel up to 30% in Europe and UK; valid driver’s license with clean record Requisitos principales
