You will report directly to Project Management, playing a pivotal role in delivering excellence on the project site.

- Oversee all onsite activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards and ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- Attend meetings with customers and contractors, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
- You will actively engage in weekly and monthly reporting, providing insights and updates to stakeholders. You will track the project schedule and implement countermeasures as necessary to keep the project on track.
- You will promote and lead the Zero Harm Culture, ensuring adherence to occupational environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations.
- Manage and document any deviations from construction procedures, directing contract and claim activities as required.
- You will provide accurate and timely site progress updates to management, developing countermeasures with the PM team to mitigate any impacts.

What You Bring

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering (or a related field).
- A broad knowledge base in construction site management, with over 3 years of experience in civil, mechanical, or electrical environments.




- Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).
- Experience in supporting project and quality management processes in turn-key projects.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and customers within a construction setting.
- Basic EHS certification (60 hours) is required.
- Familiarity with BIM is a plus.
