Job Description We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our Human Resources digital transformation team. The selected person will participate in projects for the implementation, evolution and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central , collaborating with national and international clients to optimize their people management processes. You will work closely with functional and technical teams, participating in all phases of the project, from taking requirements to putting into production and evolutionary support.

What will be your main functions?

- Participate in projects for the implementation, evolution and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) .
- Analyze and understand Human Resources business processes to propose solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
- Configure and parameterize Employee Central according to customer requirements.
- Manage organizational structures, employee master data, positions, positions and Foundation Objects.
- Configure Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons and Metadata Framework (MDF).
- Manage permissions and security using Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Collaborate on the integration of Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party applications.
- Participate in the development of functional specifications and project documentation.
- Perform functional tests, provide support during the user acceptance phase (UAT) and participate in the implementation of production.
- Resolve functional issues and provide evolutionary and corrective support.
- Stay up to date on new features and releases of SAP SuccessFactors.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Knowledge of the functional configuration of Employee Central.
- Experience in Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation Objects (FO) and Metadata Framework (MDF).
- Knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Knowledge of Human Resources processes (registrations, cancellations, organizational changes, promotions, etc.).
- Experience in functional testing and user support.
- Capacity for analysis and resolution of incidents.
- Level of English B2 or higher.

It will be valued

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
- Experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning,



Time Management or Employee Central Payroll).
- Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP BTP and OData APIs.
- Experience in migrations from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM On-Premise.
- Experience in international projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
