Functional Analyst (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are looking to add to our team a Functional Analyst in the area of software development, and ideally with experience as a large public client. He will be responsible for understanding the needs of the business and translating them into clear functional requirements that the technical team can implement. The applications are developed using HOST technology, but work is being done to migrate the system to Java and the cloud. We are ideally looking for Tarragona profiles, although we will also evaluate applications from Barcelona.

Your Task

The role involves understanding the needs of the business and translating them into clear functional requirements that the technical team can implement. - Validation and participation in user acceptance tests (UAT) with the customer

Your Profile

We are looking for a Functional Analyst with strong experience in software development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.

Must Have Skills

- Advanced Catalan, spoken and written
- At least 3 years of experience as a functional analyst
- Good communication skills with clients
- Good communication skills with development teams




- Analysis and synthesis capacity
- Empathy with the user/customer

Nice to Have Skills

- Experience with large public clients
- Experience with HOST technology
- Experience with Java
- Experience with cloud technologies
