What are we looking for?

- An/a Project Manager in Optoelectronics , with at least 10 years of experience.
- Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Work Schedule: Complete

Requirements:

- Senior profile, 10 years of experienceDefense sector.
- Very positive knowledge of electro-optical systems (optronics)
- Project management including hardware, software, and firmware development, as well as prototype manufacturing and transition to production.
- Project activity planning with MS Project.
- Economic monitoring of projects (costs, revenues, gross margin, invoicing).
- Team management, with project staff under their chargeRisk management and definition of contingency actions.
- Soft skills: Methodical, rigorous, and organized person, capable of planning realistically, anticipating possible problems or needsCommunication and interrelation skills with other areas of the Company.

Project management for the development of our optoelectronics portfolio as well as for the delivery of solutions according to the needs of our clients.
